February is an exciting month for FDM. FDMers across the globe are taking part in Lunar New Year celebrations. Our global recruitment teams are working full-steam ahead to bring us the next generation of top-tier talent. FDM Tech Week preparations are under way throughout North America and APAC and over 85 trainees are set to kick-start their FDM journey in the UK/EMEA. This, coupled with our Sales teams securing record placements in January, prove that we are off to a great start in 2021.
We secured a large delivery with Deutsche Bank in Luxembourg, deploying circa 60 consultants on a KYC remediation project in the month of February. This programme has taken our Luxembourg headcount to over 100 consultants deployed in the region!
Our commitment to hiring and retaining amazing talent amidst the setbacks from COVID-19, has never been stronger and since the beginning of 2021, we’ve onboarded more than 270 new FDMers globally.
