October marked Black History Month in the UK. People from African and Caribbean backgrounds have been a fundamental part of British history for centuries and it’s especially important now, more than ever, to continue to strive for racial equality globally. The significance in celebrating our black ancestors and peers is especially profound in the year 2020, which is why FDMers from across the globe joined the LEAD network in conversations and interactive events to recognise these extraordinary contributions and achievements.
