FDM’s employees represent people from different backgrounds, cultures, abilities, languages and ethnicities. Over the last year, there has been tremendous work from our employees to create six networks around disability and neurodiversity, sexual orientation, race and culture, faith, parents and carers as well as gender. Each network offers a safe space for employees to learn, see representation and network with others who share their passion for diversity and inclusion.
In the coming weeks, FDM’s six Global Employee Networks will be meeting to discuss their upcoming plans and initiatives for 2021 but we need your help.
If you would like to have your feedback considered by any of the networks, please follow this link. Your response is anonymous.
