It’s been 30 years since our CEO, Rod Flavell created FDM Group. Since inception, Rod has led the way from an attic start-up to the FTSE 250 organisation that we are all part of today.
Rod’s inspirational leadership has been fundamental to the success of the business, which has kick-started the careers of thousands of people including graduates, returners and service leavers.
