World Mental Health Day during Black History Month was an opportunity to speak openly about the lived experiences of racism that affect the mental wellbeing of a person of colour. Shakil Butt, HR and Leadership Consultant, explored the way in which prejudice and racism impacts society.
  
Throughout this session, participants learned about the concept of mindfulness and how it can help our mental health, followed by a ten-minute mindfulness exercise.
